1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tekkabuj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the tekkabuj website. By proceeding beyond the registration stage or by placing any wager or making any deposit, you unequivocally agree to these Terms in their entirety.

tekkabuj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond a notification posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of tekkabuj following the publication of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms apply alongside any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on tekkabuj — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or bonus terms published in conjunction with individual promotions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to tekkabuj is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tekkabuj does not permit any person under the age of 18 to open an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or participate in any game or promotion offered on the platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tekkabuj, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a tekkabuj account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms, nor have you been subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

tekkabuj employs robust age and identity verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All accounts are subject to verification at registration and at any point thereafter. You consent to providing any documentation requested by tekkabuj to confirm your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. All deposits made to the account will be returned to the source payment method where technically feasible and legally required. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated by an underage account will be forfeited in their entirety. tekkabuj reports all confirmed underage gambling incidents to relevant internal compliance teams and takes further action as required.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) account on tekkabuj. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tekkabuj uses sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Winnings and bonuses held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a tekkabuj account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile phone number, and residential address. You must notify tekkabuj promptly of any changes to your registered information. tekkabuj accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tekkabuj login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. tekkabuj will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as activity authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify tekkabuj immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. tekkabuj cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tekkabuj account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any confirmed withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering conditions. tekkabuj reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

tekkabuj processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. tekkabuj reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is ৳200 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your tekkabuj account in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes of confirmed payment. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• tekkabuj does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All transactions must be processed through the approved electronic payment channels listed above.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals requested before KYC verification is completed will be held pending the submission and approval of required identity documentation.
• tekkabuj aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within an average of 15 minutes during normal business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, and periods of high transaction volume.
• tekkabuj reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value transactions or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tekkabuj is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The platform operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits made to your account must represent funds originating from legitimate personal sources. Any account suspected of being used to process illicit funds will be suspended immediately, and all relevant information will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law. Winnings held in accounts under AML investigation may be withheld indefinitely pending resolution.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tekkabuj offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that bonus.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player is eligible for a specific bonus only if they meet all conditions stated in that bonus's individual terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your tekkabuj account balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds are added to your bonus balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• tekkabuj reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to your account, any portion of the bonus already wagered and converted to real money will be honoured. Unwagered bonus funds may be removed.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk bet patterns, colluding with other players to satisfy wagering conditions, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. tekkabuj is committed to publishing wagering requirements in plain English so that all players understand the conditions attached to any bonus before claiming it.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using tekkabuj, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tekkabuj platform and may result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of balances and winnings, and the reporting of your activity to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits. Any deposit made via a disputed or chargedback payment method will result in immediate account suspension and the recovery of all funds credited as a result of that transaction.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or maintaining more than one tekkabuj account for any purpose, including the circumvention of self-exclusion, the repeated claiming of welcome bonuses, or any other advantage-seeking behaviour.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or promotional competition.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, malfunction, or misconfiguration in tekkabuj's software, games, or payment systems. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with games without direct human input, unless expressly permitted in the specific game rules.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with tekkabuj's support team.
• Money laundering: Using tekkabuj as a vehicle for money laundering, the concealment of funds, or the financing of any illegal activity.

tekkabuj's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final. Where an account is closed for breach of these obligations, the platform is not obligated to disclose the specific evidence or internal processes that led to that decision, particularly where disclosure could prejudice an ongoing investigation or compromise security systems.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on tekkabuj — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the tekkabuj brand name and trademark — is the exclusive property of tekkabuj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any tekkabuj intellectual property.

You are permitted to access and use tekkabuj content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the lawful use of the platform's services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tekkabuj content without prior written permission from tekkabuj. Unauthorised use of tekkabuj intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Game content available on tekkabuj, including slots, live casino games, and crash games, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is subject to their respective terms of use and licensing agreements. tekkabuj makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tekkabuj, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use tekkabuj, even if tekkabuj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tekkabuj provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors or viruses. tekkabuj reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any service at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons without liability to users.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. tekkabuj accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform. You acknowledge that all bets placed are final and that tekkabuj has no obligation to refund or compensate for any losses arising from normal gambling activity. The platform's maximum aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
